United Civil self-performed scope included installation of extensive erosion and sediment controls around the site. Soil stripping to the sand subbase layer. Site grading and balancing, set to the bottom grade of foundations in order to prep and fill site around the foundations. Installation of precast concrete retaining walls for multi-site access. All cast in place concrete work, including flatwork, concrete placements, rebar and QA/QC testing. Excavation and backfill for grounding installations and below grade conduits runs including the installation of a precast electric vault.

United Civil employed and managed a 3rd party surveyor team responsible for the extensive layout required for he site work and the deep foundation, helical pile installations.

Support services were also provided to the electrical contractor responsible for site and equipment grounding, conduits, and BESS equipment installations. The electrical contractor also provided testing & commissioning through a 3rd party.
