United Civil is performing all site work for the new Residences at Forest Hills Residences in Roxbury, MA. This complex will include three buildings, housing 260 rental apartments as well as 5,500 sf of retail/restaurant space.

This work included all site clearing, earthwork, management and excavation of soil, erosion and sedimentation controls- including offsite disposal of 16,550 cy of soil. The scope also included civil support and installation for all on-site water, electric, sewerage and drainage utilities. In addition to its high-traffic surroundings, the project site was tight and met on one side by a congested residential neighborhood- requiring creative logistical solutions.
