United Civil is the civil subcontractor on the new 185,000sf, $83 million East Middle School in Braintree, MA. The school is set to open in fall of 2020 and is designed to accommodate 1,180 students ranging from fifth to eighth grade. United Civil performed site work for new construction, including a prominent new entry, three-story classroom block, gym, and a Media Commons infill at the existing courtyard.
